ME Programme : Our first pilot of the workshop will be rolled out directly following our May Council meeting, in the Keadeen Hotel this Wednesday 14th May. We are kicking off the Council meeting at the earlier time of 7.30pm to facilitate the workshop. The Mental Education Programme (The ME Programme) facilitated by Paddy Maher is an easy to use, educational toolbox, that will help anyone that uses it, works it, and understands it, to live their lives with confidence, good self-esteem and be able to handle all life’s challenges, where they will know how to prevent and reduce problems from developing; such as suicide, self-harm, self-sabotage, mental health problems, addiction, anxiety, depression and emotional and behavioural issues. The topics covered in the programme are; the Function of the Mind, Emotions, Understanding Positive and Negative Mental Health, Self Esteem, Positive and Affective Communication, Assertiveness, Addiction and Stress Management. All the information in the programme is Evidenced-Based

First Council Meeting of 2025 

The first Council meeting of the 2025 season will take place this Wednesday 14th May in the Keadeen Hotel at 7.30pm. Among league business presentations will be made for our monthly award winners Sept/Oct last year, including Managers/Players/Senior players and goal keepers of the month.
