ME Programme : Our second in our series of the workshops is confirmed for Wednesday 18th June 2025 (Venue Newbridge Town AFC) time 8.00pm sharp. (The ME Programme) facilitated by Paddy Maher. Following on from our first workshop Paddy is continually developing this programme specifically for the KDFL club members. The programme will be helpful to everyone to understand how important the mind is when it comes to performance. Understanding performance excellence in sport (and life) will help to achieve your maximum best. The sessions will explore; motivation, concentration and focus, the mind/body connection, goal setting, evaluation, improvement among other traits that are required. 

Paddy will also discuss what mental health is, how to look after, what to watch out for, and what to do. All Paddy’s work is evidence based. This is a free workshop, no requirement to book, just come along and see what is all about !

FAI Connect Self registration platform now open. For players aged 18 and above, and the parents/guardians of players under-18, this enhancement of the FAI Connect system will go live on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025.  FAI Connect will also provide an updated self-registration support section to guide people through the registration process. Full details and supporting material can be found at support.faiconnect.ie with more info to be uploaded in the coming weeks.
