Please feel free to share this with your members or take time out with them to sit down and watch together. It's approx 40 minutes long but worth the watch. All Paddy's work is evidence based. This video clip is the second in the series. In this video he explores the negatives of performance. He looks at how to achieve full potential as players, coaches and Clubs. Understanding performance psychology will give you the pathway to improve, Paddy adds. Helping all to improve the energy of the League.
