ME Programme (Paddy Maher)
Please feel free to share this with your members or take time out with them to sit down and watch together. It's approx 40 minutes long but definitely worth the watch. All Paddy's work is evidence based.
Paddy says 'The video highlights the possible problems that players or clubs might have, to help everyone to reflect on their individual experiences. He will be following it up with the solutions to the problems in the next video. The next video will focus on the psychology of performance and how to achieve your personal best in sport and life. Remembering that it doesn’t matter how good you think you are, there’s always room for improvement!

Hard luck to Newbridge Town AFC women’s team who were defeated by National League side Bohemians FC in the Quarter Final of the FAI Cup on Saturday. This was a huge achievement by Manager Brian Kaye and his charges to reach this stage of the National competition. Well done to all and to Newbridge Town on the magnificent hosting of the event.
